Can anyone help me? I had a long running issue with Virgin Media that I eventually went to CISAS with. They ruled in my favour and Virgin agreed to pay me £200 and remove something from my credit file within 20 working days. That was three months ago and so far nothing had happened. I haven’t received a cheque or a request for my bank details, and the issue is still in my credit file. What do I do? Take the matter back to CISAS? Or is there a way I can contact the Dispute Resolution Team at Virgin directly as that was the department that agreed to the compensation?
It’s so frustrating. It’s like I’m getting the same problems with the “Resolution” as I had with my initial complaint.
