In short I received an email stating that my contact had expired 2019. If I renewed my contract I would get the same package (no change), but save £30 a month. I renewed and today I have received an email saying its all set up.and that I've been downgraded from Full House TV XL to Mixit TV!!! Absolutely unacceptable and false advertising. My new contact seems to show the right package yet the email says I don't. I've checked my channels and alot of them have been removed!!! My account states I still have my full package yet I have lost alot of channels.
I want this reverted back or I will be speaking to the ombudsman.
