VM has told me that my direct debit has been paid, but no money has left my account

I’ve just signed up for a new deal. Payment was supposed to leave my bank account yesterday, the 28/6, but nothing has been taken by VM. I called VM and they said that the bill has been paid by DD! This is really troubling and confusIng. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm afraid the forums aren't a means of instant communication.

At present Ayisha is showing as offline.  It's possible that she may be online later today, or it may be her days off, however she will get back to you when she's next online.

If you want a quicker response then it's best to use the phone, and best time to call is around 8am when lines first open.
