Hi all,
I see other posts on this subject - VM only took part payment via direct debit last month (£20 less than the bill), then sent me a bill this month with the £20 extra added on and snotty message about late payment. Jokers.
Nothing special going on with my account, i'm in the middle of a contract, no changes etc.
It took about 4 attempts to get my contract straight, so i thought i'd be spared the pain of contacting VM for atleast 18 months.
Any idea what's is going on?
