VM are unable to resolve a problem after 4 month's

I have been overcharged every month for the last 4 months. The only way to get through is via WhatsApp. Every adviser has supposedly resolved the issue only for the next bill to come in as still more? I have been a loyal customer for 28 years.. not.renewing my contr
