VM Returns Packaging and Urgent Returns

For customers who need to leave the country urgently and cannot wait for the returns packaging to arrive and for those who are far away from the nearest VM store; what options do they have?

I saw Collect+ has the option of printing a label for VM returns on their website (Link: https://www.collectplus.co.uk/virgin ). Will it be possible for customers to go through this route and provide their own packaging, i.e. box and bubble wrap? And is the customer reference number needed to create the label just the customer account number?

I created a sample label and the information on the label such as the depot number, returns address and postcode match the ones being shown on 'how to' videos of returning VM equipment; so I'm confused why this option is not recognised.
