When I moved my home VM Broadband over to VM Business Broadband, our existing account was closed and eventually a refund cheque was issued. Unfortunately, because the account was in my wife's maiden name, the cheque was written out to her maiden name. I have tried phoning, but unable to get through. Just wondering how we go about getting it changed to the correct name as the bank won't accept the cheque. We have since cancelled the VM Business Broadband and gone back to VM Home Broadband, albeit in my name as the account holder.
