VM Overcharging

Hi,

I contacted VM before the end of my broadband contract in July and I was persuaded to stay with them to get faster broadband for £28.00 per month. So, I agreed to sign up and got email confirmation for a new 18 month contract. But now I have been overcharged £38.00 since August and also, I am not getting the broadband speed I was promised. For example, recently my videos have been buffering on Netflix, Youtube and webpages taking a while to load.

Please can a VM representative get in touch with me, so I can get this sort out.
