VM Incorrect bill

Still trying to sort out my VM Bill.  Renewed my account on 18th August but my bill for Sept was already produced so was higher than I had agreed.  Was informed it would sort itself out on next bill.

Just got my new bill and its even higher than previous.  Almost 3 times the contracy I agreed.

Currently waiting for the online chat as its "busier than expected today" so looking forward to having to explein my situation again!!!

We're sorry to hear of the price and billing issues you've had recently due to a package change and the confusion this has caused to you, it's not the experience we want for you. 😞
