VM Call Centre

Today I contacted the call centre based in India, as part of the security questions I was asked to provide my bank sort code which I thought was odd, speaking to the representative I informed I wish to cancel the fibre adaptor for the landline, his interpretation was I wanted to cancel my email then asked why I wanted to see a doctor, I hung up. Now I have got a spam McAfee email, not saying its linked but I understand many of the online scams come from India especially with Microsoft and McAfee subscription scams. My current contract ends in November and will definitely consider moving to another service provider.

Current VM broadband only customer. Previously with NTL, Virgin Net, Cabletel, Cable Online. Patiently looking forward to a FTTP choice in my area.

Hello andycabs.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear about your experience with our call centre.

The adapter you need to cancel was this for the phone migration to our fibre line?

I am happy to take a look at this for you.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
