I am out of my contract and I was on the unlimited package for every service and paid £99 and now its going up to £134. I contacted someone in the call centre and the best deal they can do is £110. Yet NEW CUSTOMERS get my package for £79. Why don't Virgin look after there loyal customers I have been with Virgin for a number of years, but now I am going to start looking for a better deal with someone else. Virgin should make more of an effort to look after there "existing loyal customers" who would stay with them if they got looked after more!!! The next phone call I will be making in the next few days to Virgin is to give them my 30 DAY NOTICE.
