Hello
I sent an email to creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk for an urgent correction of my credit file. Have been incorrectly shown as missed payment which is impacting my credit score and impacting application with my bank.
LPF has been reversed and credit needs to be correctly retrospectively. Can someone pls look at this urgently or share an individual contact for me to get in touch with to get this sorted urgently instead of waiting for a reply and not been able to speak to anyone to make sure this gets done. Thks

When did you email the CFA inbox? And did you provide them with documentary proof of why the allegedly inaccurate entry was invalid?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your credit file at the moment, as japitts asked, when did you mail into the credit file team?

sent an email earlier today. Spoke to the collection person earlier today who has reserved the late payment change and has included notes inn the account that it was incorrectly charged. Have shared ref no of this call in my email. I was told that CFA team can access this and see his notes to make the credit file correction.

You have contacted the correct team by email. They will get back to you at their earliest opportunity.
They are a specialised team, we are unable to make credit file amendments via the forums here.
If there has been an error, please don't worry, they will amend this.
They will explain everything in their response to you.
