How do I get a VAT invoice for my services?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with not receiving your VAT receipts.

It's an easy fix from here, We can also back date any missed ones.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.

Hi Gareth

I have a similar problem. I greatly appreciated your help in January 2022 to start me getting VAT invoices the post each month and some previous ones. However, I've just realised after being chased by my work that I've stopped getting them this year. Can you help me have January's and February's sent ASAP and have the ongoing mailing resumed?
