For the past 12 years, I've been receiving a VAT receipt, but I didn't get one in January. I've phoned customer service a couple of times, but I think they are missing the point. They keep asking for my VAT REG number or telling me that e-billing is what I need (it isn't as I need a breakdown of my bill plus the tax associated with each service).
I just need a VAT receipt each month and I now need one for January as well as February.
Can someone please help?
Why did it stop, can it be enabled again and can I receive the receipts for the past two months?
