Hi I cant get a VAT invoice or find one anywhere in the dashboard. When contacting by phone no-one seems to understand what I am requiring.Why cant you just put a VAT breakdown on your standard invoices to start with and save everyone lots of time. Having to make a request just costs everyone time and money. There must be thousands of customers putting broadband through as an expense with their employes/businesses etc.
Can anyone help please?
