Can one of the support team please contact me? I need to provide a VAT invoice for my monthly subscription bills, but the telephone support team seem to know nothing about this facililty! Why do VM make this so hard?

My VAT invoices appear to have stopped being sent from the end of December 2022, is there a reason for this? Please can you reinstate the VAT invoices and also send through the VAT invoices for my December 2022 and January 2023 bills?

Thanks for sorting the VAT invoices for Nov and Dec 2022, I have now received them. I still am not correctly receiving VAT invoices for 2023. I have so far recevied 3 copies of VAT invoice for Jan 2023, but no VAT invoice for Feb 2023. Would you be so kind as to look into this for me? I have also sent you a PM following our earlier conversation on this.
They are normally received at the start of the month. I have yet to receive the VAT invoice for February 2023, however this morning the third Jan 2023 VAT invoice arrived, so something somewhere isn’t quite right!? 🤷🏼♂️
