V6 box still activated?

Can my account be checked through here? We changed our bundle and so removed one V6 box, which was deactivated over the phone. When checking though it is still working... I don’t want to remove it or send it back if we are still paying for it or if it is still included in the bundle.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV service part of your package
