I recently re-joined VM and am having trouble registering a new account using my email address. I believe this is because it is still registered to my old account.
Please could you re-assign the email address to my new account.
Welcome back to VM! We may be able to help transfer the online account from your old account over to your new one - however we will need to complete a security check on both accounts first of all. I'll get in touch via PM so we can go through all of that and we'll take it from there.

Can you please try deleting the cache and cookies on your browser?
When trying to register through the app, do you get the same issues?
Can you also provide me with the URL of the page that you're attempting to register on?
