Useless customer service

Is anybody else fed up with the appalling service from Virgin?

Every time I contact them I am left seething. No answers, no clue, no help.

Today I was cut off 3 times.

Any advice?

Do what I did, and find yourself another ISP.  Cancel by letter using recorded delivery and no need to endure the delightful telephone service.  And when the UK based retentions calls starting offering you cheaper and cheaper deals, remember how you have been treated so far.

If you do cancel and want another ISP consider Zen Internet - not perfect, but customer service much better than large suppliers, and a fixed price for your 18 months, unlike VM, BT, Voda, Talktalk and the other biggies.

Yes Zen have just come to my town .. with full fibre connections more than anyone would want and a price less than half of what I am paying ... only draw back No Telly ... but phone/broadband ... use freeview /freesat.. and have helpful customer people
