Same here - I keep getting disconnected.

Join Vodafone - much cheaper and they have a speed guarantee 🙂

I am well aware of COVID-19! VIP 19/20, and fully understand the depletion of staff at Call Centres, but cutting a call off after waiting for an hour without contact with anyone is very bad business. What I am unable to reconcile with is the fact that I can upgrade my package online, but not reduce my package online, which I urgently need to do.
