Urgent help. Required

Hi, I signed up to virgin media yesterday and I got an email confirmation but apparently someone else has already virgin media on the address I am moving into. I called and I have been out through to everyone and then the last guy on the phone wanted to give him my account details and all my address history. Can someone please help me get this sorted? Thank you

Perhaps the current or previous occupier has to terminate their Virgin Media account before a new customer's order will be processed.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

What Client62 has advised is correct, the current occupant of your new address could be a customer of ours, if that is the case then we wouldn't be able to create your account until the existing account has been closed down.

Which number, did you call through to us on?
