In order to leave the UK, I have to cancel the contract soon. However, when I call the customer service 07533051809 but this keeps this back to instructing me my area is affected by issues (which there is no info in the dashboard for the area issue).
Is there any way to cancel VM apart from directly calling 07533051809, there seems no online service to do this.
How does this work if customer never reach the customer service due to covid situation or whatever they are using as an excuse?
I've got so many marketing calls from VM but other way around, service doesn't seem to be available for customer when it is most needed.
