Urgent My Virgin Media account login trouble

Hi, 

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with signing into my, My Virgin Media account, I have been unable to login or change my password. I tried contact the support team, but the call won't go through, neither the chat bot. 

I have seen this message : "You haven't confirmed this email address yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Verify your My Virgin Media email' and click the link in the email." ,  but haven't received a verification email. 

If anyone could help me please sign in, it would be much appreciated!
