Upgrading to Big Bundle from broad band

 
 
 

I tried upgrading from existing broadband + phone package online. I got an email confirming my order but didn't get the TV box or any further communication. No payment was collected. I am not sure whether I should just try online or do something else. Can someone please help me?

My apologies for the order issue and the delayed reply. From checking I can see we've since sent you the V6 box, we're just awaiting the activation of it and then the new package will start 🙂
