Upgrading In Cooling Off Period

Hello,

I'm due to go live soon(ish) with Virgin with speeds ~100mbps. I'm a new customer.

If I agree that the speeds they provide me are reliable and no issues within the 14 days, would it be possible to upgrade to a higher speed package BUT as a NEW customer, getting the cheaper price, rather than the 'current customer' price?

I'd just simply cancel and upgrade now but I'm having some issue with the pre-installation and not wanting to faff with anything on the chance it just makes the process much longer...

And welcome to our company as a customer.  If you call our pre installations team on  0800 052 1734, they would be able to discuss your options, if required make any changes to your package without losing your installation appointment you currently have.  If you do have any issues, please do get back to us and we'll gladly have a look on your behalf.
