I filled in the online form. Got an email saying "some information that we need to process your order was missing".
I cant deal with waiting & talking on the phone.
Please help, I just want to upgrade my broadband package to the next level.

Sorry but it doesn't help. It just sends me round and round the help pages. There is nothing there for online chat.
Sorry to hear that. Think they only open the chat during the day so perhaps try again tomorrow? Other than that there really isn’t anything else I can think of ti get this sorted.
