Upgrading Broadband

I recently ordered online to upgrade the speed of the broadband on my package. This change has not been reflected on my account page, shown in my orders page or been implemented in my home. I fear that this order hasn't been completed although I received an email confirming the order. This considered I also haven't received an email with an activation date.

When did you place the order as can take 24-48hrs to be implemented onto your account and hub when purchasing online ?
