Upgraded but no hub delivered

Just upgraded my package from the m600 fibre to the volt gig1 fibre on the 7th told I would receive the hub 5 on Monday 11th but haven’t had anything.

got emails to say about changes but nothing else?

I am so sorry that you have not yet had your Hub, I'd be happy to take a closer look into this with you via a Private Message.

Does anyone know if this can be sorted as have charges coming up on the 28th and have no idea what for if I can’t upgrade.
