Upgraded broadband

 

Recently ordered an upgrade: extra tv channels and increase of broadband speed from 100mbps to 200.  

Received an email asking for further details and a phone number. Understandably all call centres are closed meaning it auto hangs up. I’m assuming they want to know what type/model of TiVo box and hub I currently have so as to determine wether or not additional equipment has to be sent.

Can’t see any other way of competing said order?
