I have upgraded my package on 20/12/2022 and received an order reference and that my estimated activation date is 27/12/2022. I have checked my orders on my account and it says there is nothing there and to give it 24 hours. I am now having tv on my package as we only had broadband and telephone before but haven't heard anything about when the box may be coming or anything. The chat system isn't really any good as its not a real person. Can anyone help at all.
