I have broadband M200, and would like to add TV package (we have all the Virgin wiring in our house already). When trying to purchase online it suggested adding TV would be only £1 extra a month, but then in the checkout stage it jumped up to about £20 extra - does anybody know why?
Seems impossible to contact them by phone, and i can't see a web chat function?
The upgrade to add TV to your bundle would be straight forward to do as a self install.
The reason for the changes in price when checking out will no doubt be due to an offer already in place on the broadband and this would most likely be removed when adding the TV when trying to upgrade online.
It's always seemed to be a problem upgrading online with offers are in place on the account, best way to upgrade is by phone as new offers can be applied by customer services.
