Upgrade order - no confirmation received

I ordered an upgrade to Gig1 last Friday, and was told I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours, and equipment should be received within 5 days.

After two loops through the SMS chat process I finally got hold of someone yesterday who assured me that the email would be with me in 48 hours, as would the equipment - if I'm honest I don't have a great deal of confidence in what I was told, and despite asking several times was given no kind of tracking number or anything for equipment that really must be on its way by now if it is going to arrive tomorrow.
