Upgrade options

I already have quite a sizeable discount from them. Is this something that they would usually extend? They had a Black Friday deal that appeals. I’ve had quite a significant traumatic brain injury so I get a bit mixed up and forgetful over the phone so was trying to avoid having to call up

Thanks for your post @zoesaint181, as you mention that you currently have a discount from us, is this a sign that you are perhaps within a fixed contract?

If this is the case, your options of changing the agreement you ave with Virgin Media would be somewhat limited
