Upgrade offer not being processed

Same problem here.  I checked my upgrades and opted for the m200 fibre broadband, Mix TV and Phone line package for £44 a month and submitted my order on 29th , arranged for delivery of my new TV box for the 2nd November and nothing arrived. (Order Ref: WS7258634) No orders in my account either. Haven't managed to get through to sales yet as keep getting disconnected every 35 mins for some reason and have to start over. I had VM at my other home for over 20 years without issue but after moving house we had BT broadband. Not brilliant but worked then as soon as Virgin was put in this area I snapped it up. Have been happy until now. If I can't get through to sales and get this sorted I'll be leaving I think.
