Hi,
I upgraded my broadband from M15 essentials to M125, Mixit TV & Phone,
I received the TV box however it cannot find my account details and my router is still only receiving the M15 speeds,
On the router details, it suggest the new upgrade has not gone through which I think it why the TV 360 box isn't working too,

As you can see, my max traffic rate is still showing the old speeds,
If someone could look into this for me that would be great, I suspect the upgrade hasn't gone through,

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Apologies for the upgrade issue, From checking the system, it appears it's a provisioning issue and we've booked you a technician visit.

Hi,
Had an engineer booked for today but cancelled them as both issues seem to have sorted themselves out,
I think maybe someone chose the wrong Thursday for my upgrade to go live?
