Upgrade never arrived

My contract expired on Saturday so a couple of weeks ago I ordered an upgrade through the website for the box to arrive on the 28th October. Have received nothing. Today, I receive my bill via email to find my old contract has been rolled over so I’m now due to be paying 49 pounds for m100 and phone. My upgrade was for mix tv, m200 and phone for 44 pounds, with box and 35 quid activation fee. The only communication received was the order summary. Heard nothing since. Spent two days waiting for a human being to reply on the chat. Spoken to one person on the phone claiming they can’t help because I got the deal online...
