Can’t get through on the phone, and online doesn’t give me options I’m interested in! Please can you advise?

Currently have M200 broadband and phone package. Am only being offered price for TV bundle for Mix, on M200, with one set top box. 

I would like options of faster broadband (gamer in the house). And an extra set top box. Phone can stay the same, but thinking of getting rid of it altogether. 
I am in contract with another company for TV until the end of May this year.

Your best bet is to use the online build your bundle site to play around with whatever combinations suit you.

Put in any serviceable address, choose "I'm a new customer to Virgin" and experiment away. Remember to ignore the "new customer" price, look at the standard price - and probably get a discount on that in exchange for the 18month contract.
