Updated Costs and poor customer service

I have received a letter saying my Hill is going up. I have asked/tried asking them to remove tv for the most part and leave me with basic entertainment but they won't. I see there is a new customer offer for exactly what I have. Where is the loyalty to current customers? I have phoned and been on the online chat now for a very long time and am getting fed up. Anyone any advice apart from possibly leaving?

I am sorry to hear you have not had the best experience with us. We cannot process disconnections or make package changes from here.

I know it is frustrating but all our customers have received a new customer deal when they joined. We also did not raise prices last year.
