Update direct debit info gets ooops error

Hi There

as of 26/9/23 I have been trying to update the direct debit info on the virgin media website but every time I click the button all I get is oops there been a problem 

I have tried to update account holder info too but again I get an oops error 

I have tried multiple different browsers and devices with no luck why can’t virgin fix these problems
