Unwanted Homeworks without my permission (I cannot cancel!)

Somehow Homeworks has been added to my account according to an email sent by virgin yesterday. I have logged into my VirginMedia Account and I cannot see it anywhere to cancel. I have accessed the suggested website for the link to cancel and no such link exists:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/broadband/homeworks

I have spent 45 minutes on the phone and nobody is answering. 

I simply don't want Homeworks and I definitely don't want to pay £20 to setup and £5 per month. 

Can you remove this unwanted service?
