Hello, I spoke to one of your representatives today about booking an engineer visit to set up my landlines because we are having problems with the router setup.
A few hours after booking the engineer I received an email from Virgin Media thanking me for making changes to my account.
I checked the attached pdf and discovered that HomeWorks had been added to my package. I did not add this. This was not discussed on my call and had nothing to do with the reason I called.
Could someone explain why this was added without my knowledge or consent and help me get it removed before the extra charge is taken from my account?
