Hi, so after 5 calls so far to disconnect/sort out refund for billing I’m still stuck. Just asked to speak to a Manager or UK to be told “that’s not possible unless you ring again & might be lucky”! After trying twice today to request my refund both times being cut off whilst they went to ‘validate details’ I’m no further forward other than having lost 2 hours of my time. This was promised on 25/10 & they’re still taking money after disconnection. Have tried chat too - same old false promises with no action. Does anyone have a UK or complaints tel number for this absolute shambles of an organisation (or any other recommendation’s)? Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear that your billing issue has not been resolved, we wouldn't have a direct number for UK agents I'm afraid, regarding the account has it been disconnected?
