Firstly, I am doing this on behalf of my grandmother.
A couple of months ago my Grandad passed away and the virgin media account was in his name. So my grandmother cancelled the account and set up a new one in her name. Unfortunately, she is unable to remember any details of the new account she created. I don’t even think she has the right email address. She sort of just winged it all when she created it.
As a result we are unable to login to any form of virgin media account as we don’t have any details. Any help would be absolutely wonderful so she can see and stay on top of any bills she needs to pay and access the Virgin TV Go app that she uses to watch television while in bed.
