Why does it take virgin media one day to take an unauthorised payment from my bank then when I ask for refund it takes 3-5 days to go into my bank they have now left me with £4 in my bank for food to last til next Tuesday 9th May or 3 days time I would call this theft

I'm sorry to hear that an unexpected payment has been taken. Have you been able to source what the payment was for? You'll be able to view your itemised bills online here.

Sadly, if we do need to process a refund we can only do this via cheque, however the quickest way to withdraw the payment back would be to request an indemnity claim with your bank.
