In a month I am moving home from London to Swansea. I called 150 to cancel my subscription from the relevant date.
I was asked where I was moving to & I told him the address, whereupon he said Virgin was already connected there & all I had to do was 'plug in & start'. So far so good.
With his accent, I struggled a bit to understand him at times, but he did assure me that I would be getting exactly the same service in my new bundle there, but upgraded for free. But not so - on being sent the contract to sign (by email) I discover that I only have 'talk weekends' and not free 24/7 calls as I have now. Also I'm being charged a £20 'admin fee'!
Could a mod look into this please - I can PM you the old & new account numbers. Thanks.
