Unexplained charge

Hi, 

 

I have an unexplained extra £3 charge on my bill apparently for change I made? Which I have not? 

can someone look into this?

I am sorry to see that you have had an unexpected charge on your bill.

 

Have you been able to open your PDF version of your bill to check to see the exact 'change' that you have been charged for?
