Hi there, could someone from Virgin Media please direct message me so that I can discuss my parents contract changes?

Hi Travis, thanks for the reply. I've already spent hours being moved between different people and waiting on hold, whilst being charged £11 for the privilege and then ending up with unexpected changes being made to the contract, so not keen on attempting that route again. Is there a real person I can deal with directly please?
