I recently received a email stating my sky sports is up and running I never asked for this so i phoned up and asked for it to be removed they kept saying do you want to add this remove this i said no then they said next month i would pay 120 pound but dont worry the month after that would be 33 pound ive tried to ask them that i want the same package ive been having for the last 2 month and in april i was paying £55 may £55.75 then they said the best deal was £65 why should I pay more when someone in virgin decided with out authorisation to add to my package is that not fraud 2 weeks later sky sports is still on
