Unauthorised change to contract?

Can anybody help pls:  In March 2020 I became a new Virgin customer signing up for their "Ultimate Oomph"  12 month promotion package.   I have just noticed my online account says my contract was updated in August 2020 and I was emailed a notification.  I have no knowledge of the contract change nor did I ever receive an email notification.

Several attempts at trying to talk to someone was difficult with long waits in a que then being cut off is there a online option I can use to resolve this?

Hi PJ9,

You should be able to check your contract(s) in My Virgin Media and they will show any changes.

Did you add anything such as a free wifi booster?  If so that will show as a contract change, but won't extend your contract length.
