Unaccountable Bill Increase

Hi, My bill has just been increased and my contract changed (no additional services added or removed), even though I agreed to a fixed 18 month contract (10 months remaining). I've raised a complaint and spoken to customer services about the matter. I was assured it would be rectified but the website still has the increase and I have not received email confirmation of a resolution. Can anyone offer some advice please?

Sorry to see of the confusion caused over the agreement you have in place with Virgin Media.

 

Can you tell me if you've been able to discuss this with our team at all? I can see that you spoke to us on 15/02

 

Have we been able to advise what the change is regarding or are you still seeking our assistance to shed some light on this
